Where to Vew a $299 Auto-ship Subscription

Procedure / Policy Overview

A coach may need to view the $299 auto-ship subscription to see the history of what has been sent to the client, or to see the date that the last charge was made, or to see what products will be shipping in the next shipment, or to make any changes if needed and approved. 

1. Navigate to the Virtual Shared Folder in Google Drive (Refer to SOP-V-2004).

2. Choose the 4-Tier Subscription Folder

3. Choose Level 4 Subscription Clients

4. Choose Client Name Tab - at bottom of the sheet

5. View the following on the client tab:

   1. Products that are in each shipment

   2. Ship date/s that the last shipment/s went out
