Procedure / Policy Overview
How to check if there are shipping restrictions for a country that a prospective client lives in and what to do if we are unable to ship to the client.

Navigate to the Virtual Shared Folder in Google Drive (Refer to SOP-V-2004)

Determine if we are able to ship to the client’s country by viewing Shipping Regs by Country document

If we do ship to the country, proceed with consultation

If we do not ship to the country:

Option 1: Ask the client if they have any family or friends that live in a country that we do ship to? We could ship to family/friends and family/friends would send the package to the client.

Option 2: discuss with them how they can make the lifestyle changes. (IE diet, pore cloggers, birth control, etc)

If you do not see the country that you need on the document:

Create a Happy Fox ticket asking the fulfillment team to find out from our shipping carrier if we can ship to the country the client lives in.
