Not Enough Acne to Join the Program

Procedure / Policy Overview

How to respond to a client who does not have enough acne to join the program. 

1. Determine if a client has enough acne to join the program 

   • Criteria: mild non-inflamed is not enough for the full program. There is an adjusted regimen for mild non-inflamed.

2. Put together a recommendation regimen to follow 

   • Only use product on the website that the general public can purchase since this client won’t have access to certain ‘active’ products on the website 

   • Skin care products -

     1. Cleanser

     2. Toner

     3. Serum - if applicable

     4. Moisturizer

     5. SPF

3. Supplements 

   • 1. All supplements are available for purchase through the website to the general public 

4.  Send the regimen and recommendations to the client in the messages in Clear Connection
