Procedure / Policy Overview
How to accurately research the client email history to know if the messages from NAC are going through. View messages are being opened by the client to see if they are receiving and opening :

Notifications to complete their Health Questionnaire

their invoices
-
their treatment plan
-
messages from their coach

Navigate to InfusionSoft and search the clients name in the upper right hand corner.

Click the "Emails" tab on the client dashboard
-
Here is where it will say if a message has been clicked on or not.

Search email history of NAC to client

View past emails that are sent and opened
