Policy - Adding or Removing Items from an API Order

 

  1. The Clear Skin Coach Is Responsible For Looking Ahead In Their Schedule, Preparing For Consults And Effectively Managing Time So That All Emails, Messages, New Orders, Treatment Plans And Bi-weekly Regimens Are Completed During The Work Day

  2. Complete Daily Checklist in Trello

 
 

Task - Adding or Removing Items from an API Order

When beginning your shift, the Clear Skin Coach

 

  1. Opens to Acuity to check appointment schedule

  2. Prints schedule or sets alarm for phone consults

  3. Opens to Clear Connection

  4. Opens email (checks for emails from Jessi or Manager and responds immediately)

  5. Opens InfusionSoft

  6. Prioritizes Daily To-Do’s:

    1. Checks Messages in CC and responds to oldest first (Refer to SOP-V-2014)

    2.  Reviews Health Questionnaires and Photos for virtual clients with consults that day (SOP-V-2094)

    3. Creates Weeks 1-2 Regimen and sends first order to any new virtual clients who accepted the program (Refer SOP-V-2121)

    4. Responds to and creates bi-weekly regimen changes starting with the oldest first (Refer to SOP-V-2123)

    5. Responds to email messages
