Changing a Coach’s CC Password

How to change a coach’s login in clear connection.  Passwords might change if an employee is no longer with the company, if the coach forgot their password, or if asked to change their password by a manager. 

1. Navigate to the Clear Connection login page: https://new-cc.naturalacneclinic.com/login

   ** If you are logged in, be sure to logout

2. Click the RESET PASSWORD Button

3. You will receive an email to set up a new password

Note- Coaches share the same password as of 3/12/22
