Understanding Google Drive and the Virtual Shared Folder

Procedure / Policy Overview

The Virtual Shared Folder in Google Drive will be a toolbox for clear skin coaches to get scripts and other information which will help during client check-ins and with client zoom calls. 

1. This folder includes: 

   • Scripts

   • Slide show presentations for clients

   • Training docs

   • Product refill chart

   • Troubleshooting docs

   • Regimen changes

   • Maintenance replies

   • Shipping sheet for countries we ship to and don’t ship to

   • Treatment plan responses

1. Navigate to Google Drive using your NAC gmail account

2. Navigate to Shared With Me tab. 

3. View and double click Virtual Shared Folder

4. View shared folders and share individual documents for clear skin coaches
