SOP-V-2013 Checking Notifications in CC

Clear skin coaches will check their notifications to view completed health questionnaires, missed check-in, completed client check-ins, accepted their treatment plan

1. Navigate and log into Clear Connection 

2. Click the notification icon on the top right corner of the coach dashboard in clear connection.  

   • There will be a number above the icon showing the number of new notifications

3. View all current notifications
   • Notice a teal dot - this indicates it’s new 
   • Click on the teal dot to mark it as read if you do not want to show as a new notification

4. Types of notifications:

   • Health Questionnaire for new, upcoming consultations

   • Accepted Treatment Plans

   • Completed Check-ins

   • Missed Check-ins

5. When finished with the notification, hover the mouse over the notification and click the x to clear the notification
