VIRTUAL PBX TROUBLESHOOTING

 

If saying "Line Forbidden"

 

OUTGOING CALLS NOT WORKING (803,803,805)

 

Contact: David Taue

Steps to fix/ reboot (see highlighted photo below:)

  • Open web browser and search IP address: 10.0.0.231

    • Login: admin, Password: 2600

  • Account → Number Assignment → Outgoing Lines

    • Uncheck all boxes in descending order

    • Hit “confirm” (page will reload, login again)

    • Recheck all boxes in same descending order

    • Hit “confirm” one more time
