HOW TO SETUP REFILL CALCULATOR SPREADSHEET ACCESS

 

How to Add an Esti to the Refill Calculator Spreadsheet and Esti Tutorial:

 

 

NAC's Online Acne Program and Clinic Acne Program both use a product refill calculator to assist them in determining what products our acne program clients need to refill. This App has formulas added to it based off of how long a product lasts while in the program and then pulls recent purchase history from InfusionSoft to determine if a product needs to be refilled or not.

 

The Product Refill Calculator is a custom built Google App that your Manager will need to give you access to via a key. Here is how you gain access to this extension:

1. You will receive this email once your Manager sets up your access:

 

2. Click the link in the email and then copy and paste the Clear Connect Access Key in the email as well.

 

3. Click "Install"

 

4. Click Continue

 

5. (If needed) Enter your NAC email address so as to associate the Google App with your NAC email

 

6. You may get a "warning" that says "You should avoid this app". You can ignore this. On this screen click "Advanced" and click "Go to Clear Connect User Forecasts".

 

7. Click Allow on the next screen for Google to access your account.

 

8. Now, log into your NAC email

 

9. Go to Google Sheets and open a new, blank sheet

 

10. Click on Add-on

 

11. Then click "Clear Connect User Forecast and Access Key and then Add/Edit Access Key

 

12. Click Yes on the Access Key Storage pop-up window

 

13. Enter your access key again (copy and paste from your email)

 

14. Click "OK" on pop-up window for API Information Storage Successful

 

15. Go to Add-on again

 

16. Clear Connect User Forecast

 

17. Choose Phase

 

18. Name file: Refill Calculator
