DEACTIVATING A QUARTERLY FACE REALITY MAINTENANCE SUBSCRIPTION IN INFUSIONSOFT

Policy

To ensure the subscription is cancelled, the subscription is made inactive and the autocharge is set to NO.

If a client wishes to cancel but their order was recently processed, we do not offer refunds for the most recently charged order. They can cancel for the next shipment but we cannot cancel the most recent order, even if it has not shipped.

Task 

When an Online Acne Program graduate wants to cancel their Quarterly Face Reality Maintenance Subscription in InfusionSoft, the Front Desk Associate:

1. Navigates to IS and searches for the client’s profile from the search bar

2. Selects the orders tab & scrolls down to Subscriptions. Clicks on the Quarterly maintenance subscription

3. Selects “Inactive” under the Current Status drop down

4. Selects “No” for auto charge

5. Unselects credit card in drop down so there is not a credit card set to auto-charge.

6. Saves the updated subscription now showing it has been marked as inactive
