CLOSING THE OFFICE
Policy
- Closing Procedures Are Started After the Last Client Leaves
- Do not start closing down while the client is in the treatment room or before the retail closing hours.
- Lights are NEVER Turned Off Until the Last Client Leaves
- The Office is Never Closed Early Unless Approved by a Manager
- A Trello Front Desk Checklist must be completed everyday and commented on to your manager.
Task
After the last client of the day has left, the Front Desk Associate:
- Navigates to Trello and open the designated Closing Checklist. Performs all tasks and checks them off.
- Checks for Open Invoices in Zenoti
- Performs cash counting and closes drawer with the MOD
- Performs closing duties on the Trello Closing Checklist
