CLOSING THE OFFICE 

Policy

 

  1. Closing Procedures Are Started After the Last Client Leaves

 

  • Do not start closing down while the client is in the treatment room or before the retail closing hours.

 

  1. Lights are NEVER Turned Off Until the Last Client Leaves

 

  1. The Office is Never Closed Early Unless Approved by a Manager
     
  2. A Trello Front Desk Checklist must be completed everyday and commented on to your manager.

 

Task

 

After the last client of the day has left, the Front Desk Associate:

  1. Navigates to Trello and open the designated Closing Checklist. Performs all tasks and checks them off.
  2. Checks for Open Invoices in Zenoti
  3. Performs cash counting and closes drawer with the MOD
  4. Performs closing duties on the Trello Closing Checklist
