All online consultation notes are documented in clear connection

Consultation notes are made while on the phone in real time directly in CC under “Consult” notes.
Consult notes are never to be hand written or stored in any other format.

All general notes are documented in clear connection

General notes are important notes that need to be seen by any coach going into a client dash
1. These notes would include: allergies, paid first invoice, paid full program, modified regimen, change in birth control, etc.
