Procedure / Policy Overview

How to accurately start a new client in the program after a client accepts their treatment plan.  

• The First Order and Weeks 1-2 Regimen is Sent No Later Than 12 Hours After the Client Has Accepted the Program
• Clear Skin Coaches are to send the first order and Weeks 1-2 Regimen the same business day, preferably. If an order is accepted at the end of the day or while the Coach is off, the order and regimen is sent first thing the next morning.

1. Client: 

   • Accepts the program in Clear Connection

2. Clear Skin Coach: 

   • Receive notification in Coach Dashboard and an email.

   • Sends welcome message in clear connection

   • Creates regimen and order for Weeks 1-2 regimen

   • Send the invoice

3. Fulfillment Team

   •  Receives notification via email that an order has been created for client

   • Ships the order, upon payment
