Procedure / Policy Overview

See what stage a prospect is in by tracking the status in clear connection. The status will prompt the coach to take the correct action or follow-up.

## Task - Tracking Prospect Status in CC

The Prospect Status Include:

  1. Awaiting Health Questionnaire
* Client has not had OAC yet

* Coach must have HQ within 24 hours of appointment or OAC should be rescheduled

    
  1. Awaiting Treatment Plan Response
* Coach Prompt: Follow-up
* Call, Text, CC Message every 48 hours

    
  1. Awaiting Consent Form
* Coach Prompt: Follow-up

    
  1. Awaiting for client to start the program
* No coach prompt needed

* Client will enter start date once they receive their first order in the mail
* This will unlock Week 1-2 regimen for the client to see and get started
