How to accurately check and respond to messages in clear connection. 

1. The Clear Skin Coach is to Review the Health Questionnaire the Day Before the Consult

   1. In order to prepare for the virtual consultation and become familiar with the clients’ health history, the Clear Skin Coach reviews the Health Questionnaire and photos the business day before the consultation.

**if the Health Questionnaire is not submitted within 24 hours of OAC, the appointment needs to be rescheduled

When a virtual consultation is on the schedule for the next day, theClear Skin Coach:

1. Navigate To the Coach Dashboard to review the submitted Health Questionnaire and photos.

2. Clicks “Health Questionnaire” for the appropriate client in the Reminders section.

3. Analyzes client photos- determines type and severity of acne (Refer to Training Manual)

4. Reviews the questionnaire for the following acne triggers/“red flags”:

   1. Supplements

   2.  Acne triggering foods

   3. Protein shakes and bars

   4. IUD

   5. Breakouts before period

   6. Number of bowel movements

   7. Laundry detergent & fabric softener

   8. Well water

   9. Water softener

5. Researches the following if necessary:

   1. Birth control pill

   2. Medication

   3. Supplements

   4. Protein shakes

   5. Laundry detergent

6. Notates in InfusionSoft information needed for the consult after performing research (Refer to SOP-V-2003)
