How to Setup Your Virtual PBx Softphone App on Your Cell Phone

In order for our employees that are working remotely to call clients, we use the Softphone App provided by our phone company Virtual PBx. The Softphone App allows you to call a client from your cell but using the Natural Acne Clinic phone system. This way your personal cell phone number is always kept confidential.

1. Download the Virtual PBx Softphone app from the iPhone or Google Play store.
2. Check your email:
   1. You will receive 2 emails from Virtual PBx support. Your username and password is in the email: Your VirtualPBX Softphone is ready!
   2. 
   3. Open this email and copy the username.
   4. 
   5. Return to the app you just downloaded and paste your username (or type) into the username line of the login page.
   6. Now, go back to the email and copy the password.
   7. Return to the app and paste your password (or type) it into the login page.
   8. Press "Login"
   9. You are now logged into the app and should see the dial pad.
   10. 

**NOTE: NOTIFIACTIONS MUST BE TURNED "ON" TO RECEIVE PHONE CALLS FROM THE CLINIC
