How to accurately initiate and send a new message to a client in clear connection.

All Communication Between the Coach and online Client is Initiated and Conducted in Clear Connection

To ensure that communication is all documented in one place, Clear Skin Coaches are to keep all email/message communication within the Clear Connection Portal. If a client directly emails the Coach, the response should be initiated and completed through Clear Connections’ message feature.

Messages Are to Be Checked for Spelling and Grammar

All written communication from a Coach to a Client is to be grammatically correct and without spelling errors. Clear Connection and Email all contain spell check devices. The Clear Skin Coach is to use their professional writing skills at all times during communication.

Navigate to Clear Connection to view and send messages

Search for the client in clear connection by clicking on the “Clients” tab on the upper right hand side.

Click on the client's name and pull open their dash.

Once in the client dash, click the Message button and that will bring you to the message section and where you can type your message.
