CHECKING OUT A CLEAR FOR A YEAR (CFAY) MEMBERSHIP

 

Policy

 

The front Desk Associate is responsible for confirming that the client's membership is active.

 

Task 

 

The Front Desk Associate is Responsible for Confirming that the Client’s membership is active

 

When the client is finished with a service and has an active CFAY membership, the Front Desk Associate:

 

    1. Refers to IS notes to confirm the client’s CFAY appointment is an accrued peel
    2. If the client is purchasing products, navigates to IS to process the order (Refer TSK-160)
    3. Applies the membership discount to products only (does not apply to add-ons such as, LED, growth factor, Retinol, or upgrades)
    4. If the client does not have an additional product purchase, re-books next appointment (REFER TSK-123,124)
