CHECKING OUT A CLIENT WITH A PACKAGE
Policy
- The Front Desk Associate is Responsible for Confirming with the Esthetician that the Client Has a Package
- The Chart Is Referenced if There are Any Questions About a Package Status
Task
When the client is finished with a service and has previously purchased a package, the Front Desk Associate:

- Refers to the Check Out Slip to confirm the client has a package, and confirm the number of services used in the package

- If the client is purchasing products, navigates to IS to process the order (Refer TSK-160)

- If the client does not have an additional product to purchase, re-book the next appointment (REFER TSK-123,124)
- When booking the next appointment, note in the future appointment in Acuity how many services are left in the given package
- Example: "Pkg 4 of 6, MB"

- If the client does not have an additional product to purchase, re-book the next appointment (REFER TSK-123,124)
