This SOP and video will go over how to change the subscription type for coaching method (either zoom or email) if the client wants to switch.
How to change online acne client coaching option
Problem: a client joined the acne program. At this point the client:

Attended their Online Acne Consultation with a coach.

Received a treatment plan.

Accepted a treatment plan and chose the type of coaching (email or phone/video).
In this scenario we consider this a "regular" acne program client. This means they will pay a monthly coaching fee, in addition to paying for all the products that are part of each regiment.
Clear connection is configured to apply a tag to the client when they choose their coaching option. When this tag is applied, the client is added to a campaign that waits for 30 days before creating a subscription to charge them for their monthly coaching fee.
Here is the problem that we want to help you solve with this SOP: what if the client changes his/her mind after they have already chosen their coaching option. For example: John Smith accepted the program on June 15h, 2020. He chose the option of phone/video coaching. Then, a week later, he sends the coach a message asking to switch from phone/video coaching to email.
In order to change the subscription, you need to complete the internal form "Change Coaching Subscription Type". See a screenshot of the form below.
What if the client has already been charged the first month?
In this case you will update his current subscription to inactive and create a new subscription for this client with the start date that maintains his billing cycle. For example, if the client started his subscription on November 15th and asked to move to the other coaching subscription on November 30th, you will start his/her new subscription on December 15 for the remaining 2 months.
