BAGGING RETAIL ITEMS  

 

Policy

  1. To Save Environmental Resources, Shopping Bags Are Only Given Out Per Request of the Client

 

Before bagging any items, ask the client “Do you need a bag for your items today?”

 

  1. Shopping Bags Are Only for Purchases of 3 Items or More

 

Only ask a customer if they need a bag for 3 or 4 items. We do not offer a bag for 1 or 2 item purchases.  

 

  1. When 5 or more items are purchased we automatically bag the items in a plastic bag 
     
  2. New Acne Clients Receive a Medium Brown Kraft Bag for Their Items

 

New clients joining the Acne Program, are given a medium-sized kraft bag for their purchase. These to be brought back with them at each visit.

 

  1. All Other Purchases with More Than 1 Item Get a Plastic Bag

 

Upon request, for purchases with more than 1 item, use a plastic bag.

 

Task

 

When the client purchases retail products, the Front Desk Associate:

  1. After processing the order, asks client if they have more than three or four item:

“Do you need a bag for your items today?”

  1. For existing clients, places retail items in a clear plastic bag located on the wall behind the front desk
  1. For new acne clients, places retail items in a kraft bag located by the file cabinet behind desk
  1. Hands the client their bagged retail items after running the guests card
