Steps:

1. Log into your gmail account
2. Go to the settings tab in the tip right corner
3. Click on See All Settings
4. Scroll down to Signature
5. If not created, click create new. If existing edit your signature
6. Create a reply version
7. Assign the signatures to the right response option
8. Click Save
9. Test by clicking compose
