Converting a Clinic Client to the Online Program

There are times when a clinic client will move to the online program. This is generally in the event when a client is moving out of town or lives too far from the clinic.

 

These are the steps to take when a clinic client needs to be transferred to the online program.

 

1.   Front Desk will gather all of the client's notes and contact information from Zenoti (include what week the client is currently in) and send it to the Online Program Manager. It should also be clear when the last appointment/regimen change was and what products were purchased. 

2.  Front Desk will request to have the client's profile moved from Clinic CC to Online CC (Amaury) *Note- This will WIPE the clients account so ensure step 1 is complete!!

3. Online Program Manager will alert Amaury which Specialist to assign the client to.

4.  IT Team will send the client a link to set up their Clear Connection Dashboard. 

5.  The client will need to complete a NEW Health Questionnaire and upload new photos in the online Clear Connection Portal.  

6.  Once the Health Questionnaire and photos are uploaded, the client will receive a link to set up an Onboarding Call with their Clear Skin Specialist.  *Note- may need to be manually triggered

7.  Clear Skin Specialist will have to send a Treatment Plan + Accept it to unlock regimens and set up the client on the correct week in Clear Connection
