1. In case of complications or emergencies, clients are advised to contact the clinic manager immediately.
2. If clinicians cannot resolve the matter, our Medical Director, Dr. Grover, is to be contacted and available within 30 minutes or the client should call 911. Contact information for Dr. Grover:

3. If a client experiences an emergency after hours, the client should call 911.
4. For non-emergencies, if the matter cannot be resolved over the phone by a clinician, schedule the client for an office visit the following business day.
