Policy
- If the basic troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, Management is to be notified immediately.
- Technical issues are never to be left unresolved.
- If a manager is not available, call the support phone number for the label printer.
Task
When Label Printer does not print, the Shipping Clerk:

- Turns Off Printer (On/Off Button is in the back of printer) Wait 30 seconds

- Turns On Printer

- Reprints Label in Shipstation: Reprinting a Packing Slip or Shipping Label
- If this does not work, then Proceed to Step 4
- Reprints Label in Shipstation: Reprinting a Packing Slip or Shipping Label

- Holds Down Blue-Black Button w/ Green Light On Top of Printer Until the Green Light goes Through a series of 5 Blinks
- This Will do a Reset and Alignment of Printer.
- It will Print Out a Few Labels with Testing Printed
- If this does not work, then Proceed to Step 5
- Holds Down Blue-Black Button w/ Green Light On Top of Printer Until the Green Light goes Through a series of 5 Blinks
