Task 

When Shipstation is not working properly, the Shipping Clerk:

 

 

    1. In ShipStation, Clicks, “?” in top right corner to contact chat support

 

 

    1. Initiates chat conversation to resolve the issue
    2. Solves issue via chat support
    3. If a resolution is not reached, contact the Manager immediately
