Face Reality Outreach New Form Submission

• Open Client Connector when you receive an email that a new product trial submission has been received 
• Select “contacts” and then “FR Outreach/Send Products”

• Select new contact who filled out the intake form
• Check their website link to see if it includes a suite number (if using same address)
  • Scroll down to their address and copy 
  • Create new order in Shopify for Clove Hill Professional Trial Regimen
  • Enter contact information 
  • To move draft into orders, select “collect payment” then “mark as paid”. When the pop-up shows, select “create order”.
  • Be sure to pack in the CH travel bag (SC will not fit, zip all other products and place SC in package)

• Click “Yes” box under Sample Products Shipped in CC and make sure to click “Save”

• Ship order created via USPS Ground
