Credit vs Refund

Refunds:

 

  • Sealed unopened products may be shipped back (at the expense of the client) for a full refund within 10 days or purchase.

To qualify, the return package must be postmarked (accepted by the carrier) within the applicable 10 day window, based on the purchase date shown on your receipt.

 

  • Duplicate Orders
  • Clinic Client Orders
  • Case by Case Scenarios 

 

Credits:

 

  • Subscriptions that have already processed or are being returned

The subscription order will need to be canceled in ShipStation before the credit is applied

If the client is returning the subscription order, to qualify, the return package must be postmarked (accepted by the carrier) within the applicable 30 day window, based on the purchase date shown on your receipt.

 

  • If the client ordered the wrong product and requests to switch it for a product that is less than what they paid, a credit will be applied to their account for the difference.
  • If the client returned their product and it's past the 10 day policy to be eligible for a refund
  • Damaged defective products if it's past the 10 day policy to be eligible for a replacement (generally this is only a 1 time courtesy)
