Clients that graduate the Online Acne Program are put on a strict Maintenance Regimen.
If a graduate requests a return for their maintenance products, we need to find out the reason why they have discontinued the products that they know will help keep them clear.
If the client reports sensitivities, offer them a complementary TS call with one of our Clear Skin Specialists, if they don't have a Maintenance Plan.
If the client reports the 'products aren't working anymore' this means a couple of things:
1. They have probably stopped using their actives in some form.
2. There is another reason they are breaking out since the products are designed to help keep you clear IF they are also following all of the other lifestyle choices such as taking their supplements and avoiding pore cloggers & acne triggers.
If the client is not willing to conduct a TS call, and wants to move forward with their return you can provide them with our return policy and the following message:
As a reminder, due to all of your hard work and dedication, you cleared your skin before with the products, supplements and lifestyle adjustments, and you can do it again! However, if you decide to discontinue using your active products and maintenance regimen, here are a few take aways
- Remember that acne has a 90 day cycle. This means that the new breakouts you are seeing aren't actually new, they have been there for 90 days already and they are just reaching the surface at this time.
- Check your haircare, laundry and make-up for pore clogging ingredients
- Steer clear of acne triggering foods
- Ice any active breakouts for at least 2 minutes
