If a client needs to pay for a shipping charge or a product needs to be added to an order in SS, an invoice needs to be created in Keap.

Log into Keap

Search the clients name

Click on Orders

Click on Add Quote

Search the Product (Misc Service Charge) for shipping (or search for the product)

Click Continue

Make sure you choose Send quote and require online payment

If necessary, update the message to the client.  

Click on Send
