We place the Skin Clarity order about every 2-3 months

 

The Minimum Quantity Order (MQO) is 1,000 bottles

 

Create the order in Inventory Planner:

 

  • Always run a FULL synch before placing orders. Click on Sync at the bottom right and Click on Run Full Sync
  • Once the Sync is done, click on Replenishment
  • Look up Maker's Nutrition in the Filters Search Box
  • Under Attribute click on Maker's Nutrition 
  • Click on Apply Filters
  • This will populate Skin Clarity 
  • Check the box for Skin Clarity
  • Click on the Green New Purchase Order for the Variant (Skin Clarity) you need to order
  • Click Save and click save again
  • Click on Email, and make sure to email the PO to Ryan
  • Follow up with Ryan via email to make sure he received the PO

 

 

Receiving the order from Earth Pharmaceuticals:

 

  • Locate the PO sent from Maker's Nutrition
  • Count out each box 9 (there are 24 bottles in each box)
  • Cross reference the quantity on the PO vs what we receive.
  • Check for damaged/defective products
  • If there are any damages/defective products, take photos and set them aside
  • If there are any issues with the order, reach out to Ryan ASAP. See below
  • If there are any discrepancies include that information on the PO, along with the date and your initials 
  • If there are NO discrepancies, write Fully Received, along with the date and your initials 
  • Scan the PO save as: Maker's Nutrition Order___ and date EX: Maker's Nutrition Order_1234_1.2.25
  • Save the electronic copy in the Maker's Nutrition Folder on the Desktop
  • Submit PO with any necessary information to the CH Invoices To Enter Slack Channel
  • File hardcopy in filing cabinet
  • Place the products on the shelf

If you need to report a missing or damaged product(s), notify the Shipping/Fulfillment Manager:

 

Shipping/Fulfillment Manager will reach out to Ryan via email with the discrepancies and send photos to request a replacement(s)

 

Ensure the replacement order is received
