If we are providing a client with a store credit in Shopify, reach out to our IT Team to request the credit. There are limited admins approved for the Shopify Admin Site, and the shipping team does not have access to this site.

The IT Team will send the client their store credit via email in the form of a coupon code.  

Email the client once the credit has been sent to the client to ensure they received it.
