Shipping Clerk is to prioritize Skin Path (SP) orders and get these filled as soon as they are submitted if they are at SB, otherwise first thing when they arrive in the morning. 

Please Note: Josephine generally arrives between 9:30-10am and leaves by 2pm M-F.

Once the order has been fulfilled, the Shipping Clerk will reach out in the Front Desk Channel to @channel so everyone receives the message. 

The Front Desk will promptly confirm with the Shipping Clerk when someone will pick up the order.

The clinic should always bring the bins back to SB whenever they are picking up an order.

In the event the order is NOT picked up BEFORE the Shipping Clerk leaves for the day, they will leave the order at the doc and notify one of the SB employees that someone will be by to pick up the order.

If someone is not able to pick up the order by EOD, the SB employees will put the SP order back in our suite.  

The doc closes at 5pm so plan to pick up the order by 4:45 as the SB employees are out the door by 5! 

Park at the doc and go through the side door on the left hand side.
