We order enough products for 18 days

 

Lead Time is 7 days

• VITEX will now be purchased in BULK 500 bottles

• Mandelic Toner and Moisture Balancing Toner need to order a minimum of 100.  

 

Order all products in multiples of 20, EXCEPT for the following:

 

• Mandelic Acne Serum 15%
• Vitamin A Serum I & II
• Acne Gel 2.8%

These can be ordered in multiples of 10

IMPORTANT: It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that the Skin Path and NSC order are synced and matches in QBO BEFORE you place your order. If this is not completed before the EP order is placed, you will NOT order enough products to get you through two weeks.

 

 

Create the order in Inventory Planner:

 

• Always run a FULL synch before placing orders. Click on Sync at the bottom right and Click on Run Full Sync
• Once the Sync is done, click on Replenishment
• Look up Earth Pharm in the Filters Search Box
• Under Attribute click on Earth Pharmaceuticals 
• Click on Apply Filters
• This will populate all of the products from Earth Pharmaceuticals 
• Check the box for the products you need to order
• Click on the Green New Purchase Order for the amounts of Variants you need to order
• Change all products to multiples of 20. Reminder of the exceptions above. 
• Click Save and click save again
• Click on Email, and make sure to email the PO to Heidi
• Follow up with Heidi via text to make sure she received the PO

 

Receiving the order from Earth Pharmaceuticals:

 

• Locate the PO sent from Earth Pharmaceuticals
• Count out each Product
• Cross reference the quantity on the PO vs what we receive.
• Check for damaged/defective products
• If there are any damages/defective products, take photos and set them aside
• If there are any issues with the order, reach out to Heidi ASAP. See below
• If there are any discrepancies include that information on the PO, along with the date and your initials 
• If there are NO discrepancies, write Fully Received, along with the date and your initials 
• Scan the PO save as: Earth Pharm Order___ and date EX: Earth Pharm Order_1234_1.2.25
• Save the electronic copy in the Earth Pharm Folder on the Desktop
• Submit PO with any necessary information to the CH Invoices To Enter Slack Channel
• File hardcopy in filing cabinet
• Place the products on the shelf

If you need to report a missing or damaged product(s), notify the Shipping/Fulfillment Manager:

 

Shipping/Fulfillment Manager will reach out to Heidi via text with the discrepancies and send photos to request a replacement(s)

 

Ensure the replacement order is received
