Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) is the Clove Hill Vendor for Cookbooks:

You need to make sure you are ordering through Amazon KDP
- Log into Amazon
- Search KDP
- Click on the Kindle Direct Publishing link at the top
- Scroll down until you see the Clear Skin From Within Cookbook by Jessica Gremley
- Click on the three dots
- Choose Order Author Copies
- Enter quantity
- Select Amazon.com from the drop down under Marketplace
- Add to Cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Make sure shipping address is warehouse and NOT the Clinic: 4800 Dahlia St. D-10 Denver, CO 80216
- Billing Address: 4325 N. Harlan St. Wheat Ridge, CO 80033
- Make sure to use CH credit card
- Make sure tax is NOT added
- We pay for shipping
- Do NOT use rewards points towards the order
- Submit order
Create the order in Inventory Planner:
- Always run a FULL synch before placing orders. Click on Sync at the bottom right and Click on Run Full Sync
- Once the Sync is done, click on Replenishment
- Look up Cookbook in the Filters Search Box
- Under Attribute click on Product: Cookbook
- Click on Apply Filters
- Check the box for Cookbook
- Click on the Green New Purchase Order for 1 Variants
- Click Save and click save again
- Add the order number in the Order in Inventory Planner
- Click On Settings in the top right
- Add the Order # to Notes:
- Click on Save
Receiving Cookbooks:
- Count out each Cookbook
- Check for damaged/defective cookbooks
- If there are any damages/defective cookbooks, take photos and set them aside
- If there are any issues with the order, reach out to Amazon ASAP. See below
- Find PO for this order and cross reference the quantity on the PO vs what we receive.
- If there are any discrepancies include that information on the PO, along with the date and your initials
- If there are NO discrepancies, write Fully Received, along with the date and your initials
- Scan the PO save as: Cookbook Order___ and date EX: Cookbook Order_1234_1.2.25
- Save the electronic copy in the Amazon Folder on the Desktop
- Submit PO with any necessary information to the CH Invoices To Enter Slack Channel
- File hardcopy in filing cabinet
- Place the Cookbooks on the shelf
If you need to report a missing or damaged Cookbook, log into Amazon:
- Click on Hello Jessica
- Click on Customer Service
- Click on, A Delivery, Order or Return
- Where it asks, Which Item Do you Need Help With: Type in Cookbook
- Click on the order you are inquiring about
- Report here if you haven't received the package or if it is damaged
