Wholesale Orders in Shopify/Shippo

ALL wholesale orders in Clove Hill Shopify are shipped via UPS, so you would automatically go to Shippo to print the shipping label, if the order is tagged as wholesale.

All wholesale orders should be packed in a box

After you pull your products for the order, line each product up on the white or black table and take a photo. Make sure you have each bottle facing forward so the client can see the front of the bottles.

After you pack each layer in the box take a photo, and again make sure you have each bottle facing forward so the client can see the front of the bottle.

Do NOT fulfill the order through Shopify. When you purchase your label in Shippo, then the Shippo system will mark your items and the order fulfilled in Shopify.

Log into Shippo

Find the wholesale order that you are filling and purchasing a label for and click on View Order

Scroll down and enter your Package Dimensions

Enter the Weight of the Package

Click Save

You will see the Rates from UPS populate on the Right Hand Side

Choose the Carrier and Amount that the client paid

If the order is over $300, always ADD INSURANCE for the total value of the package

On the Top Right Hand Side Under Your Shipment is not protected, Click Add under Covered Amount.

Enter the amount here and Click the green Add for $ button

Signatures are not required

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Under Customs Options: ALWAYS choose DDP (customs billed to recipient)

We are NOT responsible for customs fees, taxes, broker fees, etc. and this should always be charged to the client.

Make sure the Name of the Authorized Person is Jessica Gremley

Click Next

Once you are done filling in all of the necessary information, save and then click the green BUY button in the Upper Right Hand Side.

Click on Confirm Purchase

Download your Shipping Label and Print on the Zebra

This order will now show Fulfilled in Shopify

Now the Declaration Page needs to be created.

The declaration pages for our International Wholesale clients do not reflect the whole prices, rather they reflect the retail prices. This is a work around to create a declaration page that will show the wholesale prices for each product.

1. Log into Shopify Admin/Shipments

2. Click into the Order you need to create the declaration pages for

3. Click on More Actions in the upper right hand side

4. Click on Print Commercial Invoice. This will bring you to Customs Buddy

5. Scroll down and click on Manage, Under Items

6. Under each product change the Unit Value. NOTE: Wholesalers pay half of the retail cost.

7. Also double check to ensure the weight of the product is correct.

8. Double check to ensure each harmonization code is included with each product.

9. Click On Save.

10. Scroll Down to Generate the declaration page.

11. This will download the 3 sheets you need to print and include with the package

12. Before you print the pages, make sure it saved the correct value and weights.

PLEASE NOTE: If the value and weights are incorrect, and/or still reflecting the retail value, this will cost the wholesaler a lot more in customs so it is VERY important that these numbers are correct.
