When our certificate expires, follow these steps to order with Imprint (Ice Packs)

Provide your tax exemption information after you placed your order by visiting your order details page. A tax refund will be issued automatically after your tax exemption information is verified.

After you placed the order, please log in to your account, upload the Tax Exemption document(s), and make sure to fill out all correct information (matching the uploaded certificate) from there.

Once everything is verified to be VALID, the system will automatically refund you on the qualifying orders placed between the Effective Date and Expiration Date.

You will have to do this once only. If the document is verified to be VALID, the system will not ask for it again and the new orders placed after that will not be charged for Sales Tax until the certificate expires.
