Log into Shopify

Click on Create Order

Add the clients info (this should auto-populate)

Add the products (make sure SKU is included)

Click on Add Discount 

Click on Add Custom Order Discount

Choose either a Percentage or Amount

Enter the credit amount.

Add reason for discount

Click apply
