If a client reports their SPF bottle is not dispensing product, please ask them to do the following:
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Per our vendor, please try to remove the top completely off and then screw it back on. This should release an air bubble that may be trapped in the pump.
Please Note: There is no straw for the pump.
It is an airless pump that utilizes a vacuum and a bottom disc for dispensing.
Additionally, sometimes it takes at least 50-60 pumps for the products to start dispensing.
After trying these suggestions, please let me know if this has resolved the issue.
