Border Buddy is an app we use in Shopify for INTL wholesale orders being shipped via UPS.  ALL wholesale orders are shipped via UPS. 

Border Buddy includes all taxes, duties, broker and shipping, so there are no surprise fees at the time the package enters the country, and to avoid the package being held at customs. This app offers transparency for all shipping/customs costs while offering faster delivery to our INTL clients. 

The app is located on the bottom left hand side of the page in Shopify.

Shipping Labels and Declaration Pages are automatically sent via email once the client purchases the label.

Double Check the Declaration Pages to ensure the amounts reflect wholesale prices, and the weights are accurate.

Border Buddy's Declaration Page must be used because this is the same form they report to the government.
