If you need to create a single return label that is not attached to an order, follow these steps:
Click on the Customers Tab
Search for the client by name or email and click in the clients name
This will open the client's order history
Click on Create Label in the bottom right hand side
The client's contact and shipping information should auto-populate
Check the Create a Return Label box in the upper left hand side of the page
Enter the weight of the items that are being returned.
Select the appropriate Service and Package for the return
Click on Authorizer & Email
You can download the label or send it by email to the customer.
