We had clients reach out about a negative report that was released about Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO). Here is the reply we provided to our clients:

Thanks again for reaching out and sharing this information.

Our top priority is the safety and quality of our Clove Hill Products.  After further investigation, we found the recent study that was conducted by Valisure, which is a private testing facility, did not include Clove Hill products.  We also found that their analysis reflects data derived from unrealistic use and storage conditions, with products being tested in temperatures as high as 158 degrees for as long as 18 days.

Clove Hill works closely to ensure all products are safe and effective for their intended use. In addition we produce in small batches, and our products leave our shelves within days.  

Therefore, we conclude that the testing methodology used by the company is flawed, and that there is no concern with the Benzoyl Peroxide in the Clove Hill products.
