Eczema

When a client reports a product has caused their Eczema, explain to them that the products don't cause Eczema, rather it can contribute to an Eczema flair-up.

Here is an example of a message you can send the client:

Thank you for reaching out and sharing this information with us. I am so sorry to hear you are experiencing a flair up of eczema.

While eczema is a skin condition that is not always present, different factors can cause it to flair up or suddenly present itself (similar to acne).  One of those factors can be exposure to an ingredient that you have a sensitivity to.  Unfortunately, this is a risk with anything we come into contact with and sensitivities can develop over time or later in life.

I would recommend you set aside any of the products you are using, and I am happy to give you alternatives or other options to any that you might need.

Please let me know how I can help!
