Clients ask if CC Creams are considered liquid make-up.

If clients are using the Clove Hill Tinted SPF, they shouldn't need to use CC Cream.  In addition, since it's too similar to a liquid makeup, it would not be worth risk of preventing their results with the investment of time and money they are making.
