In the event an order is split into multiple shipments from a vendor, or if you can't fulfill a complete NSC Order, Finale allows us to partially receive orders. Once an order is ready to be fully received, follow these steps:
- Log into Finale
- Click on the Purchasing Drop Down menu
- Click on Purchase Orders
- Click on the Order Number for the order you are receiving
(the order will show a received date and under shipments status summary it will show partially received)
- Click on 'Add new shipment' on the right side of the screen
- Click Add new shipment again
- Click the arrow next to the product you are receiving to expand it
- Add in the received quantity to the respective shipment number, under the 'Shipment' column
- Then click on Receive Shipment twice
- Go back to the Original Purchase and you will see the Purchase Fully Received and Billed in he orange box on the right hand side
- Click on Change Status to Completed
- Go back to Purchase Orders to make sure the PO fell off.
