What to do when you run out of shipments in ShipStation

Shipments are set at 1000 for each month.

 

If you run out of shipments, and it will renew the next day, just resume shipping the following day.

 

If the date that it will renew is a few days out, follow these steps:


Go to Settings

 

Click on Account

 

Click on payment and subscription

 

Here it will show you which plan we have and the limit per month

 

Click Manage Plan

 

Upgrade to the next plan up

 

Click Update Plan

 

This should take effect right away


Then go back and downgrade right away.

 

By doing this, we will have the upgraded plan for the next month, and then it will resume to our regular plan the following month.
