Per our policy, subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation until at least one renewal cycle.  The reason for this policy is because we had clients setting up subscriptions for the 5% off and free shipping, and then cancelling them right away, which is not the purpose of the subscribe and save program.

Once a subscription goes through one renewal cycle, clients can then cancel their subscription.
