You can print multiple packing slips at once.
- Checkmark all of the orders (or all of the orders you wish to print) in the box next to the order.
- Select Print (second tab at the top of the screen)
- Select packing slip from the dropdown
Helpful Tips:
Mass printing packing slips before you begin shipping can be helpful as you can print these all at once.
You can then go through each slip, and circle multiple orders of one product. This will help to maintain accuracy.
If there are any products that are Out of Stock or on backorder, you can set these aside so they are not included in that day's shipment and placed On Hold.
Once the above has been completed, start picking the products for the order.
- Take the packing slip with you to the shelves to ensure accuracy
- Once an order is picked, scan for accuracy.
- In ShipStation, select Scan a the top of the screen
- From the box, scan the barcode on the packing slip. Use the scanner for this
- This will bring up the order and now you are ready to begin scanning each item in the order
- Once you scan an item, the system will confirm if it is in fact the correct item or not
- As you scan and receive a "Verified" product, make sure you check off the item on the packing slip
- Once all of the products in the order have been scanned, the system will then allow you to print the shipping label
- Place the shipping label on the package or box first, then pack your products and seal the package
