First look at Medical History to make sure the client is over the age of 18. This will determine whether or not you can recommend hormonal supplements. 

 

If the client is under the age of 18, generally we do not recommend Chaste Berry Vitex or Saw Palmetto.  You would need to get their guardians approval.

 

Next look at hormonal health to determine which supplements to add. 

 

If the stress level is 5 or above, recommend Adrenal Formula. 

 

If the client is female, look at whether or not she is on birth control. (If so, and they will not come off, do NOT add Vitex or SP.)   If they are not on BC, determine whether they need be on Vitex or Saw Palmetto.  Look at menstrual cycle information.

 

Next look at Medications & Supplements. If the client is currently taking an supps.  If so, check for triggering ingredients, and let client know they should set aside for the duration of the program.

 

Next look at Diet.  If the client is on a nutritional drink, weight loss or powder, double check for triggers

 

Next look at Digestive Health to determine whether the client should be on a Probiotic or Bowel Series

 

Next look at Lifestyle Consideration.  Check to see if the client has any sensitivity issues, if so start on lower concentrations. 

 

Log into Keap and pull up the clients account by name or email

 

Click on Orders

 

Click on Add Quote

 

Add all of the products for the first order.  

 

If it is pay as you go, be sure to include the following products:

Mandelic Serum (lower concentration)

Acne Gel (lower concentration)

SPF

Ice Pack

Next add the Online Acne Program Initial Order. This amount will be ZERO dollars.

 

Then add the Monthly Acne Program Fee.  This will be $65 for 4 months.

 

Lastly, add the shipping cost. 

 

Double check to ensure you have all of the topical products, supplements, program fees and shipping cost.
